	Product mix to suit niche market

Around 210 M.T. per month (12x40 ft. Containers) The product mix mainly consists of fine count 100% cotton combed yarns in the count range Ne 40S to Ne 100S, with TFO doubled yarns as per market orders and also gassed yarns in the range Ne 60/2 to Ne 100/2. Abhishek produces speciality yarns for various end uses in Weaving as well as Knitting applications. Bulk of its production goes for yarn dyed fabric varieties.

Right blend for right quality

The raw material is 100% Cotton in the varieties Sanker 4/6 , MCU5, DCH 32, Giza 86 & Giza 70 with occasional use of American SJV & Pima as well as Australian cotton. The concept of use of " right quality for right end use requirements " is followed and Abhishek considers “end use requirement " as the guiding factor in deciding the blend. Objective methods of samples and lot testing by Uster HVI & AFIS and bale management are strictly adhered to.

Consistency in physical properties of the blend and raw colour shade are guaranteed over a very long period because of sufficiently large inventory of cotton from which to draw upon. Irrespective of different gadgets available to control the foreign matter contamination, entire cotton is manually sorted to ensure better results . Moreover, all winding heads are equipped with Loepfe foreign matter yarn clearers (SIRO YM 900)
Optimum & efficiently controlled ambient conditions are a key to successful spinning process. 'Luwa' air conditioning plants imported from Switzerland take care of this. Digital control from a Central computer makes it highly accurate and free of adjustment errors.
