Chairman & Managing Director is a qualified commerce graduate and has over 21 years of experience in yarn manufacturing and fabric processing business. Mr. Deepak Choudhari's father ventured into processing of Fabric in 1974 in the name of M/s Bombay Bleaching and Dyeing Works and M/s Bombay Textiles. Mr. Deepak Choudhari ventured into fabric processing business in 1999 by joining his father in M/s Arihant Yarn Processors Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Deepak Choudhari started M/s Manibhadra Polycot in 2010 and continued Fabric Processing Business under Arihant Yarn Processors Pvt. Ltd. And other companies. Further, he is handling various companies and firms which specializes in manufacture and trading of Industrial and Surgical Fabrics and specializes in catering custom-made fabric for the export market. He is very well known in Yarn and Fabric Market in the Kolhapur district with an experience of over 21 years in the field of manufacturing and trading in textile related products. Further, he has carried out further expansion in the textile segment and has 32 Air jet looms installed in Parvati Industrial Estate, Ichalkaranji. The said looms are operational since October 2018.

Mrs. Madhubala Deepak Choudhari– (Non-Independent Non-Executive Director)

She is Non-Executive Director of the Company and qualified commerce graduate by profession. She is having Textile and market Technology. she has rich and varied Experience in a field of Textile in the last 10 Years.

Mr. Dhruv Narendra Jain- (Independent Non-Executive Director)

He is the independent director of the Company, holding a Chartered Accountant with exceptional academic credentials, a proven track record of delivering results in high pressure work engagements and a drive to learn new things constantly. Secured an All India 7th  Rank, CA Final and have consistently been recognized as the top performer at work. He is having Experience in market and management since 8 Years, is well versed with industry experience in Strategic Planning and Implementation, Focused on areas of Business Strategy & marketing.

Mr. Veerendra Mohanrao Mane- (Independent Non-Executive Director)

He is Independent Director of Company. He is professionally worked in an individual capacity as well as have done work contracts for various organization. He is engaged as a labour supplier for various organization. Have the experience capacity to handle a man power at various levels of engagement. Textile sector is a core business activity that he has been engaged in production. He has a technical know-how over last few Years. He has executed a various assignment for globally well-known textile companies.

He is Independent Director of the company. He is holding Bachelor Degree in Design. He is having a market Technology. He is an eminent educationist and Corporate Advisor. His areas of specialization are market Management and Management Control Systems. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Business market Management and Administration.
